CONOSCENZA E CAPACITÀ DI COMPRENSIONE
Gli obiettivi del corso includono l'acquisizione di conoscenze degli elementi dell'esame neurologico e dell'approccio al bambino neuropsichiatrico e di conoscenze delle
diverse procedure diagnostiche e la diagnosi differenziale dei disturbi neuropsichiatrici più comuni.
CAPACITÀ DI APPLICARE CONOSCENZA E COMPRENSIONE
Lo studente sarà in grado di applicare le conoscenze nella valutazione del bambino e dell’adolescente, raccogliendo l’anamnesi (anche familiare), osservando lo sviluppo e il comportamento, e contribuendo all’inquadramento diagnostico e al percorso terapeutico-riabilitativo.
AUTONOMIA DI GIUDIZIO
Lo studente svilupperà la capacità di integrare dati clinici, anamnestici e contestuali (familiari, scolastici e sociali), formulando ipotesi diagnostiche e valutando i bisogni assistenziali, con attenzione alla complessità e alla variabilità dello sviluppo.
ABILITÀ COMUNICATIVE
Lo studente acquisirà competenze comunicative adeguate all’età evolutiva, sapendo interagire efficacemente con bambini, adolescenti e famiglie, e collaborando con il team multidisciplinare (scuola, servizi territoriali, specialisti).

Lo studente svilupperà capacità di apprendimento autonomo e aggiornamento continuo, con attenzione all’evoluzione delle conoscenze in ambito neuropsichiatrico infantile, alla medicina basata sull’evidenza e agli approcci integrati terapeutico-riabilitativi

Il corso viene svolto tramite lezioni frontali e clinical teaching, Durante le lezioni verranno presentati agli studenti casi clinici che saranno portati avanti in modo interattivo e sotto la supervisione e la guida del docente. In tali occasioni, saranno trattate le varie fasi della gestione nella pratica clinica, dalla diagnosi alla terapia. La frequenza alle lezioni ed alle esercitazioni pratiche è obbligatoria e sarà registrata tramite app. È necessario avere almeno il 75% della frequenza per accedere all'esame di profitto

L'esame orale ha lo scopo di valutare le conoscenze degli studenti sulle principali sindromi psichiatriche infantili e sulle opzioni terapeutiche disponibili per il loro trattamento. Si svolgerà con un colloquio orale suddiviso in domande sul programma del corso che avrà lo scopo di valutare il livello di conoscenza delle principali manifestazioni psicopatologiche dei disturbi psichiatrici infantili e dei principali trattamenti farmacologici e non farmacologici disponibili. Il voto finale è espresso come 30/30, dove 18/30 è il punteggio minimo e 30/30 il punteggio massimo. Inoltre, durante il colloquio verrà valutata la capacità di collegare le diverse nozioni apprese, così come l'adozione di un linguaggio specialistico appropriato, in modo coerente con gli obiettivi formativi. Il voto finale è la media dei voti conseguiti agli esami dei moduli dei Corso integrato

Il corso si svolgerà presso l'Unità NPI, sia nel reparto della stessa che presso l'ambulatorio.

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
The objectives of the course include the acquisition of knowledge of the elements of the neurological examination and the approach to the neuropsychiatric child and knowledge of the different diagnostic procedures and the differential diagnosis of the most common neuropsychiatric disorders.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
The student will be able to apply knowledge in the assessment of the child and adolescent, collecting the anamnesis (including family history), observing development and behavior, and contributing to the diagnostic framework and the therapeutic-rehabilitation path.
MAKING JUDGMENTS
The student will develop the ability to integrate clinical, anamnestic, and contextual data (family, school, and social), formulating diagnostic hypotheses and assessing care needs, with attention to developmental complexity and variability.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
The student will acquire communication skills appropriate to developmental age, knowing how to interact effectively with children, adolescents and families, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team (school, territorial services, specialists).
LEARNING SKILLS
The student will develop autonomous learning and ongoing refresher skills, with a focus on evolving knowledge in child neuropsychiatry, evidence-based medicine, and integrated therapeutic-rehabilitation approaches

The course is conducted through lectures and clinical teaching. During the lessons, students will be presented with clinical cases that will be conducted interactively and under the supervision and guidance of the teacher. On these occasions, the various phases of management in clinical practice, from diagnosis to therapy, will be discussed. Attendance at lessons and practical exercises is mandatory and will be recorded via the app. You must have at least 75% attendance to access the profit exam

The oral exam aims to assess students' knowledge of the main childhood psychiatric syndromes and the therapeutic options available for their treatment. It will be conducted with an oral interview divided into questions about the course program, which will aim to assess the level of knowledge of the main psychopathological manifestations of childhood psychiatric disorders and the main pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments available. The final grade is expressed as 30/30, where 18/30 is the minimum score and 30/30 is the maximum score. Furthermore, the interview will assess the ability to connect the various concepts learned, as well as the adoption of appropriate specialized language, in a manner consistent with the training objectives. The final grade is the average of the grades obtained in the exams of the modules of the Integrated Course

The course will be carried out at the NPI Unit, as in the ward of the same as in the outpatient clinic
